Terms and conditions.

GENERAL

Commissions are for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased. Examples of non-commercial and non-profit use include profile pictures, banners, social media posts, or printing.

• Client is responsible for communicating with Artist within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to respond to Artist within one week will result in Artwork being considered completed and delivered as-is.

• Artist has the right to decline commission requests which do not align with artistic vision or skillset.

• Heavily consider the style of work first before submitting inquiry. The quality of work you see is what you will receive.

PAYMENTS & FEES

• 100% total price is to be paid upfront. Please do not commission if you are unprepared to pay full cost. Commission process will only begin once payment is received via Paypal invoice.

• Payment is due within 7 days, starting from the day invoice is issued. Payments not made within the 7-day period (without prior notice) will forfeit commission slot and cancel invoice. No exceptions.

• All prices are expressed in U.S. dollars, and payments are expected to be made as such. Client is responsible for sending the correct amount, equal to the listed U.S. dollar amount.

• Base prices are subject to change according to the complexity, difficulty, and size of each individual piece.

• Commission payments are to be made utilizing PayPal services ONLY. If you do not have a Paypal account, please specify an alternative means of payment that can be negotiated. However, payment is still required up front, before Artist begins work on a commission.

• Any donations outside of commissions are appreciated! 🙂

REVISIONS

• Revisions are ONLY available during the sketch phase.

• Two free revisions are permitted at the sketch stage only. Additional revision fees will apply. Please provide all feedback at the sketch stage.

• Once sketches are approved, no further changes will occur and rendering phase begins. If Artist makes an error within Artwork upon completion, one revision will be made at no additional cost.

DEADLINES & DELIVERIES

• Commissions may take up to 2-3 weeks depending on complexity and current commission queue. Updates will be sent out with sketches, if applicable.

• Commissions will be delivered via email.

• Artist will communicate with Client if delays occur.

• Rush delivery is dependent on Artist’s current schedule. Fees will apply to rush deliveries and prices vary on case-by-case basis. Please contact Artist about requesting rush delivery.

COPYRIGHT

Artist retains all copyright to the commissioned artwork. Client agrees to purchase commissioned artwork for personal use only. Commercial and for-profit use still grants Artist all copyright of artwork.

• Client may:

Use artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial usage rights are purchased).

• Client may not:

Use commissioned artwork for commercial purposes without permission. No resell or redistribution of artwork.

Modify artwork without permission. Removal of any signatures or watermark is not allowed.

AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. Artist’s work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs. Discovery of artwork abuse will result in permanent ban of future commission requests and Client will be blacklisted.

REFUNDS

• Once payment is received, refunds are not available unless commission is canceled by Artist. Client may only cancel before invoice is paid.

• Chargebacks are explicitly prohibited. Filing a chargeback in bad faith will forfeit the Client’s right to use artwork, and will be permanently banned from commissioning the Artist. Client will also be added to a blacklist which may be shared amongst other creatives.l
